Monetary gifts to Epiphany provide income to meet the church’s basic budgeted costs. These gifts can be supplemented by contributions to the following dedicated funds: • The Vicar’s Discretionary Fund, used to assist those who turn to the church for help with such needs as food, housing and transportation. • Memorial Fund, composed of gifts made in memory of those who have died and used as designated by the donors or to enhance the church and its outreach as decided by the bishop’s committee. • Music Fund, used to supplement such costs of the music program as for accompanists and the care of our historic Koehnken and Grimm organ.

As Christians we are called to contribute a portion of our time, talent and treasure for the work of the church. If you consider Epiphany your church home, to make an annual pledge is both a response to our call to be good stewards of our material possessions and an affirmation of your membership. Pledges provide critical funding for our operations and outreach, help us to grow and give guidance to the bishop’s committee in setting the annual budgets. A pledging drive takes place each Fall.

Including a bequest to Epiphany in your estate planning is a good way to help assure the continuation of the ministry to the church when you are gone. Contact the Treasurer or Vicar to discuss your plans.
